The small square downstairs of my house will become a square stage for the old men and aunts every evening. It will also become a place for stray cats to ask for food.

On this day, I had nothing to do and went to the square to stroll. When I was tired, I sat on the steps to rest. Next to me was an old lady and her little grandson, who were happily eating the fried chicken chops that her grandmother bought for him.

When the little boy saw the cat coming, he teased it with the chicken in his hand. The little cat was so greedy that he kept bowing to the little boy, hoping that he could share the chicken with it a little, but the child seemed to be just playing with the cat and had no intention of giving it food.

Finally, the little boy stuffed the chicken into his mouth, ate it all, and burst into laughter.

A trace of disappointment flashed in the little cat's eyes. When it turned around and wanted to leave, the child's grandmother took out a piece of chicken and called the kitten over.

In the end, this little cat was adopted by a good friend of mine. He lived a life without having to bow and beg for food. He was as happy as an ordinary domestic cat. Now he has grown up. His favorite thing to do every day is to eat enough and fall asleep on the ground.
