Capita De Tengfei Real Estate Trust acquires local industrial real estate for RMB 700 million

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT announced the acquisition of two local industrial real estate properties before the market opened on Wednesday (May 28), with a total purchase price of about 700 million yuan. Both real estate properties are currently completely leased.

In addition, the Trust also announced that it would raise no less than 500 million yuan through private placement of new units to pay for the acquisition. The allocation price is between RMB 2.465 and RMB 2.515 per unit.

The trust requires the suspension of trading, and the closing price of the previous trading day was 2.61 yuan, starting from 0.39%.
