The Science Park s first private housing project, Fengzhilin, open preview, attracting 5,500 people in two days

Lynden Woods, the first private housing project in Singapore Science Park, will be open for public previews from Saturday (June 28), attracting about 5,500 people to visit in two days.
Developer CapitaLand Development pointed out in a statement that the preview attracted many young professionals, couples and families to visit, reflecting the market's interest in high-quality homes located in urban environments.
The unit area of three-bedroom apartment is 1023 to 1066 square feet, with a reference price of 2.35 million yuan. A three-bedroom unit with a guest room with an area of 1,292 square feet and a reference price of 2.88 million yuan.
The Fengzhilin project will be sold from July 12, and it is expected to obtain a temporary registration permit (TOP) on June 30, 2029.
This 99-year land deed project is the first private residence in the Science Park. It consists of two 24-story apartment buildings, a total of 343 units, and is a 5-minute walk from Kent Ridge Metro Station.
According to the previously announced project introduction, Fengzhilin covers two-bedroom to four-bedroom units. Some units also have study rooms and rooms. Each unit area ranges from 635 to 1647 square feet. Among them, there are the largest two-bedroom units, with a total of 137, with an area of 635 to 721 square feet, and a price starting from 1.39 million yuan.
