The latest AI200 / AI250 big single is here! Qualcomm and HUMAIN to promote AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia
Qualcomm has recently been actively deploying data centers. Following its entry into AI chips, Qualcomm today (28th) announced a transformative cooperation with the global AI company HUMAIN to deploy advanced AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia before the 9th Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference. The project will provide global AI inference services and become the world's first fully optimized edge-to-cloud hybrid AI service, helping Saudi Arabia become a global AI hub.
According to the plan, HUMAIN expects to deploy 200 MW of Qualcomm AI200 and AI250 rack solutions starting in 2026. This will enable enterprises and government agencies to unleash the full potential of AI on a large scale at an industry-leading total cost of ownership (TCO).
Qualcomm pointed out that this plan will promote the development of Saudi Arabia’s technology ecosystem by combining HUMAIN’s regional infrastructure and complete AI stack expertise, as well as Qualcomm’s global leadership in AI and semiconductor innovation.
HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin said that with Qualcomm’s world-class AI infrastructure solutions, it is laying the foundation for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s AI future and promoting the country to lead a new wave of global AI and semiconductor innovation.
Qualcomm President and CEO Cristiano Amon said that by establishing an advanced AI data center driven by Qualcomm's industry-leading inference solutions, Qualcomm is helping the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia create a technology ecosystem and accelerate its AI development vision to become a smart computing hub.
This project will integrate HUMAIN’s AI ALLaM model developed in Saudi Arabia with Qualcomm’s mature AI platform to provide huge value in various industries and enable Saudi Arabia to lead the next era of AI innovation. Qualcomm and HUMAIN will jointly develop customer-specific solutions to meet the specific needs of enterprises and government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond, making them a global leader in AI innovation.
Qualcomm AI200 and AI250 solutions provide rack-level performance and outstanding memory capacity to achieve rapid generative AI inference at industry-leading total cost of ownership (TCO), bringing significant progress to promoting cross-industry scalable, efficient and flexible generative AI, as well as fully optimized edge-to-cloud and end-to-end hybrid AI services.
