Re-training is done only with the upper body when cardiovascular sclerosis

In recent years, muscle training has been popular. Many people pursue chest muscles, abdominal muscles, and arm lines, and do upper body weight training, and ignore lower body. Experts remind that practicing the upper body alone may increase the burden on the heart and increase the risk of potential vascular sclerosis by two times. It is recommended to train balanced upper and lower limbs.
The Taiwan University of Science and Technology Research Team cooperated with Wang Zhansu to conduct a sports habit survey on 100 college students of the school and found that 51:4% of college students have a serious training habit, but men and women prefer training areas. Male college students focus on upper limb training, with up to 47% of them only practicing the upper body.
Hua Kailong, deputy director of the School of Electrical Information Science and Technology of Taiwan University of Science and Technology, said that young students practiced their upper body vigorously and ignored the amount of muscle mass in the lower body, which is the key to preventing disease. Qiu Hongyi, a permanent director of the Taiwan Epidemiology Association and a professor in the Department of Public Health at Taipei Medical University, said that Japanese research pointed out that only upper limb weight training is performed, not lower limbs, stimulating the secretion of orthogonal hyperglycine, causing blood vessels to shrink and increase blood pressure in a short period of time, not only increasing heart burden, but may cause potential risk of vascular sclerosis.
Vice President of Chang Geng University Xu Guanghong also pointed out that according to the 10-year 3D human database tracking research at Chang Geng University, the "waist-leg ratio" divided by the thigh is greater than 1.8, the risk of chronic diseases is twice as high as that of ordinary people, the risk of cancer is three or nine times higher than that of ordinary people, and the risk of type 2 diabetes is one or more than that of ordinary people.
Wang Qing, professor of the Department of Medicine and Health Management at Ciqi University of Technology, said that during retraining, the upper and lower limbs should not be trained in a poor manner. It is best to train the upper body as long as the upper body, and choose systemic resistance exercises, such as squats, three times a week, for at least 30 minutes each time, which can improve cardiovascular health and reduce the risk of sclerosis of porridge.
